About My Event Creations

My Event Creations was founded on the belief that every celebration deserves to be extraordinary — and that flowers are the foundation of any great event. Whether it’s an intimate dinner party for eight or a gala for eight hundred, we create floral environments that transform spaces and elevate experiences.

What We Do

We are a full-service event floristry studio handling everything from concept to cleanup. Our services include venue styling, floral installations, table centrepieces, ceremony arches, flower walls, and botanical prop hire. We work across all event types: weddings, corporate galas, product launches, awards ceremonies, private dinners, and milestone celebrations.

Our Philosophy

Our process is collaborative and transparent. It starts with your vision — we listen, sketch, and propose. Then we source, build, install, and manage every detail. After the event, we handle takedown and, where possible, donate or repurpose the flowers. You get a single point of contact and zero stress about the florals.

Where We Deliver

My Event Creations operates across Hong Kong with event capabilities throughout Asia. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for full-scale events. Smaller events and last-minute bookings are also welcome — we always keep capacity for our regular clients.
